Persian Pistachio Brittle

Delicious, very rich

Really delicious, with subtle notes of cardamom and other warm spices that complement the pistachios without being overpowering. The texture was great, but I found the buttery richness a little heavy after a few pieces. It's definitely more of a treat to enjoy in small portions rather than something I could sit and snack on endlessly, which is probably for the best!
