8'' Carbon Steel Skillet

Beautiful craftsmanship! I ordered the 8", 10", and 12" carbon steel skillets and sauce pan. Love the handmade "imperfections" that give the pans character. Haven't ordered the pan handle sleeves yet but would recommend because of the weight of the pans and shape of the handles, it's a little harsh on your hands to maneuver. I've used each one so far, they all function well right out of the box with the manufacturer seasoning and I'm sure they will only get better with each use!
