Great product!!!! Awesome thay you can customize just for you. I only did the questionaire but in the future I will do the option where they look at your blood work to see what you really need. Very easy to take. I like that they use folate and not the synthetic folic acid. Only slight issue is since its coming from England customs can delay the shipment. My first order came through without issue but the second was delayed for over a month by customs. But once its approved then all future orders will not have an issue.

After two weeks I feel the difference. After 30 days I feel amazing. I need to step up my cardio and resistance training to gain the full benefits. But I feel amazing!
