Waterproof PVC Collar Pink

The coating on the metal ring rubbed off after the first use, within a few days there was minimal coating left and it had smudged the collar. When I contacted Poochado regarding this I was told there was nothing they could do because I bought it on sale. I still expect the product to be of good quality etc even though it was bought on sale… Also there is no second loop to be able to hold the excess down if youre on the smallest loop. I had to cut them off so that they werent flapping around so much.
