Customer service is not responsive. Order shipped separately at different times. The 22 inch straps that were ordered May 10th finally showed up at end of July. This was after numerous emails with no response and 3 phone calls to customer service which said they only relayed information they received. It would have been nice of them to let me know if they intended to send them instead of no response.

Excellent Innovation

Super Happy with the EZ-Swing. Being able to “Swing” my bikes out of the way to access the gear stowed in the back of my vehicle without having to unload them is a game changer for me while I’m traveling. The swing is very easy, and the workmanship is excellent! I had questions about the product, and the folks at Young Electric responded very quickly. Young was also my choice for the 2 bike rack I have, and several accessories as well! I highly recommend them for your E-Bike needs!
