Pilot Bag IWC x CAFÉ

I never received the bag because Cafe leather apparently has fine print that says that customs and duties fees may be due at delivery. I received 20% off the bag but was told I owed close to $300 at delivery. Meanwhile, the Shop receipt shows that delivery is free and that there are no taxes. The receipt should show TAX DUE AT DElIVERY. I do not know if this is a Shop issue or a Cafe Leather issue. Regardless, I will never buy from Cafe Leather again. The bag is showing as delivered and it has not been delivered. I was told by Cafe Leather that I would receive full credit because my bag was never delivered. The company maintains that the bag being in the hands of UPS and brought to my office is considered delivered even if the bag is NOT in my possession. Duties were not collected at customs, as I have done many times with many items of much higher value than this bag but rather demanded at delivery. My regular UPS delivery driver was even perplexed.
