Beautiful and Timeless - But required some upgrades

I love the bag, and the options for both backpack or messenger style. It is beautiful and I get complements all the time. However the strap I received was not the one pictured. It was much more basic (no pad, and only adjustable via belt-style buckle) and waaay too long. I had to purchase a new shoulder strap with matching hardware from another company. Bag would be perfect if there was some additional interior lining for laptop protection etc. as it is currently raw leather.
