Not as expected

It slides down and forms a awkward shape in crotch

I am very disappointed with my experience with MATE the Label. I ordered a bra and leggings as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom, but the bra arrived in the wrong size. I requested store credit so I could quickly exchange the items, but it took about six weeks to process. Then the refund/store credit was lost in the mail. I emailed customer service multiple times and only received one response. The lack of communication made an already frustrating situation even worse. After nearly two months, I was finally able to reorder the items, and they still haven’t arrived. Mistakes happen, but the slow processing, poor communication, and shipping issues turned a simple order into a months-long ordeal. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
