I picked up this watch case for £20, so I was expecting reasonable quality for the price. Unfortunately, the zip wasn’t finished properly when it arrived, which left me a bit concerned about how long it might last (it will be housing a decent watch). I reached out to the supplier to flag the issue, a hiccup on email comms, but Tony sorted straight away sent a top quality replacement. Always a chance things go wrong on the odd occasion, it’s how it gets sorted that’s important and these guys were 5* Thanks again Tony.
