Product arrived damaged and I requested a refund from Vizari and they will not respond. I sent them pictures of the ball as soon as I received it. As well as it being damaged, It is a poor quality ball. They have ignored me. Will never be purchasing from them again. Sent multiple emails and I have not heard back.
