Velvet Vibes

The first suit arrived damaged, with a hole in the crotch, and I had to pay $55 in customs fees. I requested a replacement, and they sent another suit, but this one was used. The knees were worn, the pants were heavily creased from being folded, there was gunk on the bum area, and burn-like marks all over. I then had to pay another $55 in fees for this second, unusable suit. Two suits, both unwearable. You would think they would at least ensure the replacement was in good condition, but it’s clear customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority. Now I’m out $110 in fees and have to return both suits just to get a refund. If I have any advice, it’s not to order from Opposuits. Terrible quality control and customer service.
