The chiller works just as described. It's quite and keeps my cold plunge right at the temperature I want it. Couldn't ask for more!

Really love this chiller? Works well in our bath tub. I don’t leave it on, just turn it on before using and it needs 2-3 hours (I got the pro so it’s faster). It’s a bit finicky: I have to click the reset button every time I re-plug it in, and the pump stops working if I drain and re-fill my tub. There are quick fixes to all of this (for the pump issue you just jiggle around the intake and open the air slugger) but it took some trial and error to learn.
