Business with The Jacket Maker was excellent in terms of Jacket size and quality. It was exactly as I ordered. They were very detailed and professional and even contacted me to confirm the mailing address was correct. I deduct one star for the delivery company - UPS - involved in the delivery of the jacket as they dropped it next to a wall about a kilometre from my house. I was contacted a day later by a person out for a walk who become curious about the parcel. The cardboard box was saturated wet after a night's rain. However, the inner plastic wrap by The Jacket Maker protected the jacket from damage. Aside from the delivery company, I found the service excellent.

Exceptional Quality and Craftsmanship

I am extremely impressed with this jacket. The quality of the leather, stitching, and overall craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. The lining is beautifully made, and the attention to detail is comparable to luxury brands. I ordered a size Large. It fits slightly roomy on me, but I believe a Medium would have been too fitted, so I am happy with my choice. The jacket arrived in perfect condition with no defects whatsoever. I would definitely purchase from The Jacket Maker again and highly recommend their products.
