Quality Craftsmanship, unrealistic turnaround expectations

I love my jacket. When you place an online order sight-unseen, you get a little nervous about what to expect. My jacket is made-to-measure and the end result fits me well. The quality of the leather and craftsmanship is very high. My only critical feedback was the site gave an expectation of 3-5 weeks and it took 7. Furthermore, the customer service agent didn't seem to know how to answer my question about the delay when I asked after 6 weeks. Someone else had to step in and make assurances. In the end, the jacket is very nice and I would order from them again.
