I had a bit of trouble with sizing as I am between sizes. Jess was very helpful and her customer service was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the right fit and that I was happy. Delivery was super fast too.

Sizing ran a little large but that was taken care of with a phone call... quickly replaced with the correct size. Very comfortable to wear, easy to launder

I find these undies are more comfortable to wear than others I've tried, being a bit lighter weight and with elastic not as tight. I did have some strange stains appear on one pair but have received a replacement from the company which I appreciate and am happy with the quick response.
