Not as simple as it look

I got maybe 2 months ago. I have tried on wet and dry. I did get the best results in wet. I font even know how i did it. I tried do many times and was only able to get it once. Maybe I'll try with a thinner base coat next time I try. But when you can achieve the look you going for it turns out pretty. Use with blooming gel and you get this pretty world/sky look. Great if that the look you going for!
