Great product terrible packaging

I’m not sure if it was the fault of the manufacturer or the third party seller but the packaging was not secure and the color was leaking out when I received my order. We had already bleached my sisters hair so we went ahead using it even though it looked a little dry and surprisingly the pigment really took. This color product seems to work great I just wish it hadn’t been sent broken.
