Colorist mixed a hideous clownish orange that I couldn’t use.
I’ve been a client for ~20 years and Arrojo didn’t issue me a refund and didn’t return my call or email.

I hate that I can get in the chair of my colorist as often as I would like. I LOVE the root touch up kit! It helps me keep up with my roots until I can get back into the salon. Genius!

I love this product because it helps me manage the time I need to spend in the salon. Started using it during COVID. My only critique is the last 2-3 times I’ve done it, it’s come with no instructions. For the most part I know what I’m doing but have always felt I need to call to confirm process time.
