The Bullet Mole has recently been introduced to us, and we are extremely satisfied with both the product and the support provided by their team. We started with the rental of the sidewalk kit just to test the waters, and it worked great! No need for power, generator, compressors, and best of all very easy to use. Just a shovel and a sledge hammer and good to go. After our experience with the rental we ended up purchasing the Pro Pack and I see it being a great asset in our tool box for years to come.

This is a great tool. Made the job of installing conduit under a driveway much easier than other methods we have used - and no mud!
