Packing

Hello I love your shoes but I don’t like your packaging. I find the plastic has usually torn by the time it arrives if you pack more than one pair of shoes in the same parcel. This means it is impossible to reuse the packaging for a return. I would also be much happier if you were to send me parcels in more sustainable materials. Thanks
