Only starting to use but feel a bit more energetic. I take in conjunction with gut restore prebiotic.

Aftertaste was very vingery but is better than apple cider vinegar

Better amount of serves compares to prebiotic collagen. Tastes good. Good ingredients and effectiveness. Doesn't dissolve well.
