Ribbed Swirl Clip On Earrings in Silver

This is the review for the replacement pair of earring Customer Service kindly shipped to me after I had an issue with the previous order. I love the earrings! I've received compliments every time I've worn them. They stay on and remain comfortable for hours. Recommended.

The earrings themselves are pretty, maybe a little smaller than they look in the photos on the website, but I like them and I'm going to keep them. That said, I'm disappointed that they arrived in a dirty pouch (looks used) and with a few tiny dark marks on one of the earrings. I'm negatively surprised to see this, especially given the recent price increase. [Update: Customer Service promptly reached out to address these issues, and shipped a replacement. I really appreciate that. I've changed my rating based on that.]
