HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Company does not have a phone number. The sofa was supissed to be delivered and I called to double check because i hadnt received a confirmation and the sofa was multiple states away and would t be delivered for another 2 weeks. When it had already been 3 weeks since i places my order.

I love this couch! It has the perfect amount of firmness but still comfortable enough to fall asleep on. And putting it together was a breeze!
