Need more time to determine efficacy

I’ve only been using this for a couple of weeks, so I can’t really speak to the efficacy of the product. The probiotic bacterium contained in this product is consistent with the best evidence available, and this is the best product on the market I’ve found. It shipped to me quickly, and the packaging is great. I think that the concept of a dental probiotic is an excellent one, as I understand that it is some combination of genetics and colonization with “bad” bacteria that can cause tooth decay and gum disease, despite excellent oral hygiene. I have been frustrated with my own problems with my teeth and as a healthcare professional, I asked my dentist about dental probiotics years ago, before this product was available or at least before I was aware of it. I think that evidence will continue to show the importance of healthy micro biomes in all bodily realms, and am very hopeful that my dental health will improve with consistent use of this product. It seems to be formulated well, and I use it nightly after brushing and flossing. The lozenges are pleasant tasting, and dissolve well in the mouth, taking about 10-15 minutes to dissolve completely. I avoid drinking water (or eating any thing) for a half hour after the lozenge dissolves, as directed. I do think this company is reliable and offers the highest quality of this product available on the market.
