To be clear it is a beautiful ring, but 1/2 size too small. I wrote Craftd customer asking for an exchange with NO response. I searched their customer service FAQs and nothing. I did see that Id have to pay postage for a return but that is all. They claim easy teturns but notjingvsupportd thst
