I know technology can have its lows, as I visited the website for the first time, I received a message stating that if I subscribe for a email notification I can get 15%discount. I did so while I waited for the discount information to get to me, I urgently wanted to by the product for that weekend. I never received the discount information yet I waited several days, I was ready to buy on the spot but I really wanted to get the discount. I decide to email costumer service and they didn’t respond after a couple of days but in between, they sent me an email reminder, letting me know, I had items in the shopping cart. I decided to respond to it stating I’m still waiting for the discount. A couple of hours later someone responded with the coupon information. ABOUT THE PRODUCE It’s a smooth and gently aromatic cream, I loved the silliness of the texture and together with the oils, made a perfect blend. My hair feel so shiny and smooth, not to mentioned the incredible soft perfume it left, it’s very glossy and with the body that the product selected promised to give. For the product I give 5 stars Overall, great product, can’t be hard to costumer service as they later on, sent the promised discount to my email. I will purchase again and definitely, recommend it. There’s something for every type of hair.

I was excited to try this product. However O was very disappointed to see the product was delivered halfway empty. I contacted AlfaParf via email and they have not responded. Hopefully someone from your team can make this right.
