Only been taking it for 2 months, I have noticed my skin is calming a little and I don't feel as bloated..still get night sweats..but not as often...I think I will keep it going

I have been waiting to write a review about Menovital until I had used it for a period of time. As with any menopause product, it takes time for it to work. I am now almost 2 months into using this and I believe that, for me, it is helping. As I can no longer be prescribed HRT due to breast cancer, I have been looking for something that can help ease the hot flushes, especially the night sweats, without the possibility of it having damaging effects (i.e. black cohosh on the liver). I have tried so many different products, both expensive and inexpensive, and some have worked to a degree, but not like Menovital. For the first time in almost 2 years, I am now managing to get a reasonable sleep without being woken every hour with a hot flush. I still have them, but the severity is way less and I can actually get 2-3 hours of solid sleep in one go and then nod back off for a second round of sleep. The daytime hot flushes are also much quicker and last only minutes and are managable. I'm hoping that as I continue my journey with Menovital that my symptoms may improve even more. I'll try and keep you posted. The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is that, for me, HRT is the 'gold standard' ... but if you are like me and cannot have it and you've tried so many things and nothing has worked, give this a go. Yes it's more on the expensive side but please persevere like I did as it truly has helped me so much.

Clearer thinking, more energy and has definitely helped with sleeping. Started with just one table a day then tried morning and night and that made a big difference. Feel like my old self again. Definitely recommend this product.
