Just wanted to give a shout out to this seller for their incredible customer service. They take a very smart, personal approach to handling customer needs. Really really like this product so far, nice big comfy couch, a little firmer than I expected but I think the pillows will loosen up overtime. Kids are absolutely obsessed over the product :-)
