First time using railless solar mounting and first time attaching to seamless roof. I like the system overall. Main issue is solar panels are a lot closer to the roof than with rail system so I worry about air circulation. Roof was low pitch black metal so sure it's going to be hotter under the panels than if they were elevated more above the roof. Guessing the low profile lowers wind shear, making the seamless mounts more durable. I didn't have much room to make gap between the columns wider but I suggest spacing the columns farther apart to increase airflow. Space between rows, the bottom and top ends of the panels that attach to each other, is wider than normal too due to mid mount size so that should trap less heat. I'd use the mounts again for sure though.
