Amazing product, with maybe a little recipe tweaking

I am loving that there is an option to have these seeds in a brownie and biscuit, but I think the recipe needs work. I am finding that the brownie to too oily and it maybe user error but it is super crumbling and oily. I know you are trying to keep it super healthy and everything but sometime a basic recipe is best. The biscuit recipe I still made into slice (too lazy to roll) but this recipe was amazing and with a bit of extra cooking turned into a very light l, crunchy slice. I will try the recipes a 3rd time but then I will find my own and just add the seeds to it. Thank you for your commitment to helping people who are that bit fussy. I feel seen and heard.

Good idea in theory

I like the idea behind the bake duo, making it easier to have your daily 'dose' of seeds, however both the brownies and cookies are very sweet - the brownie in particular has a strong taste, and I found after a few days I couldn't force myself to eat any more of them. Disappointed as I had high hopes for this approach to seed cycling, and having purchased a 3 month supply I now have 2 months worth of items I no longer need.

I looovvvee my seed cycle brownie and cookie mixes. Honestly, they are delicious!! And the best thing ever is that they're completely guilt free!!
