I received the rulers today and both are broken! They must have snapped in transit. How come they weren't packed into a box? Will you be replacing them? I expect so. Please supply info on what I need to do get the replacements. Do you want photo evidence of the damage?

Product came broken. Reached out by email as per instructions to get absolutely no reply. Spent a lot of money on this item. Very very disappointed.

The 20” ruler came yesterday and I was excited to finally have it arrive, however when I opened the package it was broken in many places. I have emailed the customer service team and so far have not heard anything back. Very disappointed at this time
