This dish was tasty, but the meat was really dry. If u are using for a slider or similar where you can add a lot of condiments, it is fine.

It’s delicious! It’s a great value! And it is so versatile: 1) it can feed 4 or 1 to 2 folks multiple times. Easy!! 2) if requested by guests, various sauces can be added to (although I personally don’t know why one would do that). 3) Its nice, light flavor makes for a good comfort meal.

The Donovan’s Dish pulled pork is some of the best pulled pork I’ve ever eaten. I used a little eastern North Carolina vinegar based sauce and made a quintessential Carolina BBQ sandwich. Yum, yum!!
