Before purchasing, I reached out to the company because water resistance was one of my top priorities. They responded quickly and clearly explained which models would best meet my needs, which gave me confidence in my purchase. They were also running a promotion at the time, but I wasn't going to be at my summer home for about a month. They were happy to hold my order and schedule delivery for a later date, which I really appreciated. Everything arrived extremely well packaged. Assembly was minimal, and instead of the typical Allen key, they included a really handy tool that made putting everything together fast and comfortable—no sore fingers! The couches and coffee tables also came with protective covers, which was a nice bonus. The craftsmanship is excellent. The attention to detail, finish, and overall quality exceeded my expectations, and the set looks fantastic. My only minor complaint—and I think this applies to most outdoor sectionals—is that the individual sections don't lock together. That said, it was an easy fix with a simple zip tie underneath, so it hasn't been an issue. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for a high-quality outdoor sectional.
