Hourglass Salt and Pepper Shakers | Large Set of 4

these are replacements of the S&P shakers i have for way over 20 years when ever they first came out I got them. I love them but the top broke on mine but i still used it cause I love them . Easy to see when need to refill. Love tupperware, and bonus got 4 of them! yay me

Just as I remembered as a child. Loved them. The top lid which seals the salt and pepper shaker could be made a little better. If used very much the hinged area will probably break over a few months.

I have been searching for an inexpensive version of the original shakers, I don't know what year they came out, but they were the white with the "S" and "P" on them. These are clear with no markings on them. I've read reviews that the tops don't go on easily, I had no issue with them. I did put the shakers on the top rack in the dishwasher to wash before use, they survived fine, I handwashed the tops. The holes don't seem very big, but they release more product than I would like to use. I suggest the "pour in your hand, then sprinkle on your food" method to season your food. I would definitely purchase again and recommend to friends and family.
