the shorts are so helpful! They keep my SI joint in place. Also, they are comfortable to sit in for a couple of hours! I like that I don't feel the need to have to wear extra braces, when wearing these shorts.

The price was worth the gamble, I discovered rocking side to side included hyperextending the joints, which was valuable insight. It is very annoying that the top rolls down often. It doesn't seem like the cords are very secured at the top, which was disappointing. There's also an area of rough material on the inner thighs, and I have to wear boxers underneath so it doesn't chafe.
