Espresso Blend

Pegasus beans are perfectly selected and roasted for my tastes. I love a medium -medium dark roast with earthy, chocolatey, nutty flavors, and a tamed acidity. I do not like blackened, oily beans, especially if they are not ripened properly and have the tangy undertones disguised by smokiness. I have to buy from small-batch roasters because I get so snobby about my coffee. These beans consistently deliver all the flavors I love in my coffee. I subscribe and have them shippped from Bainbridge Island, WA to SLC, UT because I can't find beans to match them locally in Salt Lake.
