I contacted Rebecca regarding a part that had been broken on my mirror. Honestly, I thought I would have to purchase another mirror, which I would have done because I love it that much. Thankfully, Rebecca was able to send me a replacement part which arrived within just a few day. The fix was easy and I am a very happy At Last Make Mirror customer for life!

I had dropped my mirror a couple of times. I broke the midsize mirror and then months later the light started going out. She not only took my mirror in for replacements. She drove to my home to give me a temporary mirror to fill in while I was waiting for the repair. I appreciate the repair and the genuine customer service that I was given!
