This is the third time I email you guys, when my order arrived I emailed you guys about one of my ducky’s being deceased and till this day I have not gotten a reply, you guys emailed me for feedback sometime last week and I clearly stated on it that one of my ducky’s arrived deceased since the day of the delivery.
