Cork is my new favourite
Fake leather and other composites just don’t have the same unique pattern and truly natural look to replace genuine leather in an environmentally sustainable manner like cork does and the folio doesn’t disappoint. From the lining, stitching, and individual pockets, other executives with much more expensive folios are envious and intrigued!
The only aspect I will be replacing is the elastic string, the colour and quality are out of place and do not do the rest of the folio justice. I cannot think of anything in particular, I will probably end up with a long linen scrap or some wool twine gently tied.
The complementary insert is nice. I removed it to use separately as there was so few pages for the cork it comes with and the colour did not match the folio I ordered.
