I understand shipping but my first order was lost and there was no communication multiple times when I pointed out that it hadn’t received an update from USPS for the last part of the delivery. It was frustrating when you plan something special to give your special someone something like this and you can’t because you didn’t receive the item due to it being lost in shipping.
