Bianco Blu Penguin

Wonderful!

My penguin arrived with a broken wing. It was obvious they the package was damaged in transit. I emailed Glass Birds about this and they very quickly replaced that bird with a new one that arrived safely and at no charge. I was told I could dispose of my injured bird but I did not need to return it. So I now have that pelican in my collection along with the new one because he’s still very charming. Thank you Glass Birds! Sylvia

This arrived packaged VERY well (which I guess was my primary concern given it was from across the ocean). It's beautiful and exactly as described.
