Got this ring for my anniversary. 2 stones fell out in the same spot on opposite sides of the ring after a week of her wearing it. I reached out to Felicegals and never got a response back and its been months. For how much i spent on this ring and cant get a response from customer service for months is absurd. Horrible customer service, poor quality and i suggest spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

Went to the jewelry store and out of the hundreds of rings they had none of them had character. The intricate designs in the gold and placement of the gems made this ring feel much more special. More importantly she said yes.
