Kept falling off bracelet

We love the charms and the bracelets we bought. But the charms kept falling off my daughter's bracelet. It's the pearl bracelet which she LOVES! We took it back by the booth and had the charms put back on. Then another one fell off after we got home. However, we may have had a couple of issues, but the bracelets and charms are beautiful and well worth buying!
