The flavor is great, they're easy to eat and not heavy. I've had 5 or 6 brands of creatine, gummies and powders, and these are the most enjoyable and from a very trustworthy, transparent company providing all their third party testing results.

Yummy gummies

Not sure if the carbs are true net carbs, so I have a few days where I do choose to use a regular powder (I’m deep in contest prep) but they taste good, easy on digestion. I don’t make a habit of mega dosing creatine with these however. . 5g of these, and then 10-15g powder.
