The magnetic “charm” hangs permanently from the rear view mirror and with the Hangtag in this plastic holder it goes up and comes down easily with no fuss or confusion.

Works exactly as desired. Allows for us to use the placard properly as the distance from mirror to windshield is really short so where it normally would hook onto would hide over half of the placard, but with this we are able to display it properly and have no worries.
