Poor customer service

Scents are good quality but I can’t get past their customer service. Over the last few weeks I’ve had several issues with order and or purchases and they have done nothing on there end to provide good customer service and or make the situations right. From missing labels to inventory issues after the purchase were already charged. I would say customer service is there big downfall and with all the other inspired by fragrance outlets it’s not worth my time to keep purchasing through them.
