I ordered a crate and it came in a timely manner. It had a bit of damage and customer service was very helpful, secured a replacement part and sent it to me. I had it within a week. I wuld recommend this vendor highly!

It's fine. Looks comfortable enough. Although I definitely think there's room for improvement.
