These cotton pads are the best. What more can I say?! The best, hands down. I discovered them in an Asian beauty store a little while ago and I don't use any other cotton pads for my toner/lotion ever since. A few drops of liquid on these goes a loooong way. Love them. Will not use anything else for toner/lotion applications but I'm sure there's so many more uses for them!
