I found the Bailey Dress very last minute and the team Rooh were so quick in their response! They had the dress made and sent out within a couple of weeks! Their customer service was impeccable! When I was having issues with Aus Post, the team went above and beyond to get my dress here on time. I’ve never been more in love with a dress! It fits perfectly and the material is beautiful! I had so many compliments and people asking about where I purchased my dress from. I can’t wait to order through Rooh again 💕

I needed another dress for a wedding and was able to do custom size, colour and made some tweaks to the dress and it was made and shipped within 2 days from ordering. Communication is amazing, and the dress is phenomenal.

Bailey in black, this dress held me, I didn’t “fit” it, the sizing in the made to measure process was so exceptional that I was simply held in this beautiful dress all day. image0.pngimage1.png The silhouette is incredible in this dress. The relaxed, slightly oversized cut gives real presence without drowning, something VERY important when u r a 48 year old obese shorter woman. It skims the body beautifully and feels intentional rather than “loose.” You can see the structure in the fabric straight away. It holds its shape but still has flow, which is exactly what makes it feel elevated. Those sculptural sleeves? 🔥 They add drama without being loud. They frame the shoulders nicely and balance the volume of the dress so it feels strong, not frilly. This dress felt like being held. Not tight. Not trying. Just beautiful, for me. The customer service was incredible & I’m so thankful for the support I received, nothing was an issue, every single touch point with Rooh Collective was a positive one. Thank you, your dress made this mama of 7, Aua (grandmother) of 5 & woman who is struggling to move weight in the menopause feel so comfortable, both physically & emotionally on one of the most special days of my life as a mama. The first wedding of our 7 children opened a new season of my life & the dress I wore as I walked into that season was perfect, thank you!
