Lack customer support

The curtain track itself is good, but one of the rails arrived bent, possibly during shipping or before dispatch. I contacted customer service twice to ask whether it needed to be replaced or could be adjusted during installation, but I never received a reply. Fortunately, the installer was able to straighten and adjust the rail during installation. While the product works well in the end, I’m disappointed by the lack of customer support.

Great priduy

Have to say these curtain tracks are the best we have used. They are quiet and slide very easily. We use them in a cinema room with a long span of curtains both side of the room. Can’t fault this product. Thank you.
